EMERGE Espresso Martini

1 ½ oz. EMERGE vodka
¾ oz. coffee liqueur
¼ oz. crème de cacao liqueur
1 oz. chilled espresso
3 coffee beans, for garnish

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour EMERGE vodka, coffee liqueur, crème de cacao, and espresso. Shake well until frothy texture on top. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

EMERGE Cosmopolitan

1 ½ oz. EMERGE vodka
1 oz. Cointreau orange liqueur
½ oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
¼ oz. cranberry juice
Orange peel for garnish

Pour EMERGE vodka, Cointreau, lime juice, and cranberry juice into a cocktail shaker, then fill with ice. Shake the ingredients well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

EMERGE Apple Martini

1 ½ oz. EMERGE vodka
½ oz. green apple schnapps
¼ oz. lemon juice
Apple slice for garnish

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes, pour EMERGE vodka, apple schnapps, and lemon juice. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

EMERGE Bloody Mary

1 ½ oz. EMERGE vodka
3 oz. tomato juice
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1 dash hot sauce, or to taste
1 pinch celery salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
¼ Tsp., or to taste, prepared horseradish
Celery stalk for garnish

In a highball glass filled with ice cubes, pour EMERGE vodka, tomato and lemon juices, and Worcestershire sauce. Add hot sauce, celery salt, black pepper, and horseradish. Stir until mixed.
Adjust seasonings according to taste.

EMERGE Moscow Mule

2 oz. EMERGE vodka
½ oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
4 oz. ginger beer
Lime wedge for garnish

Pour EMERGE vodka and lime juice into a copper mug or collins glass, filled with ice cubes. Add ginger beer and stir gently.

EMERGE Lemon Drop

2 oz. EMERGE vodka
1 oz. lemon juice
½ to ¾ oz. simple syrup
Granulated sugar
Lemon twist and wedge

Wipe lemon wedge around cocktail glass rim, and dip in sugar. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour EMERGE vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake well and strain into glass.
